Duncan Holmes

When it comes to pushing the boundaries of food, Duncan, Culinary Director and Executive Chef, has always cut against the grain. From his career beginnings in the Napa Valley, to time spent in Scandinavia, he has used these experiences to create food that’s genuine and inspired. Recently the Culinary Director at Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado, it’s no surprise that his latest evolution takes place at the center of Denver’s exploding food scene.

Q. What is the theme song to your life?
A. “Know Your Chicken” by Cibbo Matto. Can’t believe you had to ask.

Q. Who would play you in a biopic?
A. Paula Dean and three sticks of butter. Grass fed.

Q. Where is the weirdest place you've ever eaten? And what were you eating?
A. A food truck. I don’t want to talk about it.

Allison Anderson

Coming from seven years managing the bar at Frasca Food and Wine, Allison, Director of Experience, will showcase her vast abilities in hospitality. While she looks to markets like New York and San Francisco for inspiration and trends, she is a native of Denver who has lived and worked in the RiNo neighborhood and seen its exciting changes over the past several years.

A. “Forever in Blue Jeans" by the one and only, Neil Diamond

Q. Who would play you in a biopic?
A. Kendall Jenner. Duh.

Q. Where is the weirdest place you've ever eaten? And what were you eating?
A. Casa Bonita eating a sopapilla which was actually quite good

As a world traveler and the founder of 34 Degrees Crisps, Craig has a lifelong passion for bringing people together around great food. His love of food started at an early age while working at a local pizzeria in high school and he maintains high standards for quality, innovation, customer service, and community engagement in his companies. Recognized by Gourmet News and Food & Wine magazines (among others), he gets the most joy out of creating intimate experiences over delicious food in fun, comfortable atmospheres.
